My life changed drastically 3 years ago when I met my mentor Susan Sellman. Why? Because she asked me to do a few simple things every day to work on ME… and although she was my health and wellness coach, she wasn’t asking me to lift weights or go for a run, she was asking me to exercise my mental health. I’ve never been a huge reader or sitter for that matter, so it was like pulling teeth to get me to sit down and read a book.. but LISTEN… IT CHANGED MY LIFE!!
I went from hopeless to full of life in a matter of weeks!
